HandleBar Indy ride is all about creating a unique way to explore downtown Indianapolis. In order to create that experience for every rider, we have to include rules, regulations, and policies. These are all designed to increase your experience and make it unforgettable.
Every rider can move their tour date or cancel their tour up to 2 weeks in advance. Moving your tour date is completely free and can be done by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, canceling your tour will result in a $25 fee for credit card and software booking fee.
Sorry! There are no refunds or rain checks for tours cancelled less than 14 days out!
All HandleBar tours must be paid with a credit card online. That means full payment must be made with a credit card in advance of your tour. Unfortunately, we no longer accept cash bookings.
Credit card options include: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
The HandleBar reserves the right to charge your credit card follow the tour, if necessary. Since The HandleBar is powered by its passengers, they control the speed at which the tour progresses. For scheduling purposes, however, it is necessary that the tour end within 10 minutes of the scheduled return time. There will be no Damage/Late Deposit charged if the HandleBar returns to the starting point on time and undamaged.

Liability Waiver: Each and every rider must print and sign the HandleBar Liability Waiter before arriving at The HandleBar. Bring separate, signed copies of the waiver prior to the start of your tour.
Photo ID: All riders must provide photo ID at the time of the tour.

Number of Riders: The max number of riders is 16. Due to insurance purposes, we absolutely can not make any exceptions.
